The martian must inform his people of the failed invasion of earth, that's what he was talking about. The martian citizens would not be happy about the loss and they would probably riot again as they did before the game started. What do you mean by "what the martians really sound like"?

“Now I must face the nation” are such chilling last words. That the Martians are psychic is an understated concept in the book, and the idea of telepathic executions are so far as I can tell unique to this game and the god awful fox/Disney series from a few years ago.

This game has an audio message during the credits of both endings that shows that the losing side is preparing for battle once again. But considering that the message that takes place after the human victory shows that martians are preparing their second invasion many decades afterward implies that they would be in a far worse condition than they had been at the beginning of this game with even fewer resources and soldiers to begin the attack.
But on the other hand, their military technology might be far better than before after their serious devotion to its improvement after their defeat, and this time, they may attack a place that will be easier to conquer than the seat of power of the British Empire, like say, Africa, a land that is primitive, yet rich in life and metal to feed the martian war machine as they prepare for the second war against humanity that will be far greater and more terrible than the first...

The Martians inject the blood of foreign creatures into themselves to feed. They have animals on Mars that have green blood. They fed on those animals as we can see in the Martian introduction cinematic where tubes filled with green liquid run into their backs.
But on Earth, they prefer our blood. It must be the most rich with nutrients for them, otherwise they would take the blood of larger animals like cows. Anyway, that dead Martian at the beginning of this video is leaking out blood that he had taken from humans that they kept in their farms during the war. That's why his blood is red instead of green.
Also worth noting, fully grown Martians are larger than bears. This Martian was smaller than the boy who jumped on it. This probably means that the Martians were using their asexually reproduced children for battle before they were completely matured.

sure, try another planet. mercurys thousand degrees, venuses sulfuric acid air, jupiters million pressure atmosphere, saturns asteroid belt, uranus thousand mile winds, plutos lack of any apparent heat. sure, theres lots of other choices of planets that can support life.

Venus is what they ultimately chose. Their technology must be good enough to withstand the harsh atmosphere and sweltering heat.

I figured they thought that the European and Asian countries would prepare massive armies of more advanced units if the Martians only held Africa. They said in their introduction cinematic that they believed that the destruction of the humans' "social and economic heart" would prevent any significant opposition. They obviously meant England. They thought that taking a place like Africa would only give humans time to build up significant defenses that they would have a hard time defeating even with a continent rich with metals and human life.

The shouldn't have waited that long to attack up, Lol. We had the steam Engine, repeating rifles, the Combustion Engine and were only years away from Flight.
If they would have hit us back in the Middle Ages, they would have Slaughtered Us, Lol

    • @warrioroflight6872

They had no need to attack back then. It was only at this time that they grew desperate enough to try and take another world.

I know your comment is like 2 yrs old, but what you were doing is categorizing an entire continent a.k.a pointing out stereotypes (which are facts in SOME places). Clearly you know nothing about alien invasions, because everyone knows aliens RARELY attack Africa. Even when they do it's usually Egypt the only one being attacked.

War of the worlds is about humanity vs alien invader. My God, who did this jackass from CZcams calling it racist? Is he's on drug? He need to read the book carefully instead going owing around like a douche.

Racism is divide & conquer. War of the world is a fictional between alien vs human. People need to grow back their knowledge.
