EGGLESS BANANA CAKE IN MICROWAVE OVEN/ WITHOUT BUTTER PAPER, CONDENSED MILK, CREAM, CURD
Hello friends
Today i am going to share the recipe of most easy Eggless Banana cake. It is very simple and easy method and ingredients used here are easily available in our kitchen. So do try this delicious and mouthwatering recipe and share your experience with me.

~Ingredients~
Measuring Cup used is of 200 ml
Cake tin used is of 6" diameter
Maida or All purpose flour- 1 cup
Banana- 1 medium sized ripe
Powdered Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk Powder- 1/4 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Choco chips for decoration- 3-4 tbsp

I tried this recipe yesterday Madhaviji.... The cake turned out to be AWESOME! Moist and tasty it was! I replaced sugar with jaggery and took half cup maida and half cup wheat flour.... Even then the cake was fantastic👌 tysm!

I made with wheat flour. And it's was so yummy. No one can tell that I made with wheat flour. Well while using the flour you need more water I use 1/4 cup water+ 3-4 tablespoons . It was still thick but it's comes out very well.❤

Don't have measuring cup. I used 150 GMS flour. Can u pls reply how many GMS equals 1 cup for dry & how much ml for 1 cup for liquid? Tried in air fryer. Cake was baked in 15 mts. But the cake didn't turn soft & spongy. More like rubber. Didn't Taste good either. Can this be baked in cooker with salt at the bottom? Can u pls guide how much salt should be used for baking?

Please don't cook in a microwave. Use it only to warm food for one or two minutes as microwaves are not good for health. Buy another OTG oven to bake, toast and grill. I got both the ovens.your recipe is very nice. Thanks for sharing.
