I’ve actually had an issue with the Disney store customer service as well. I bought an item from them that was returned to sender to them because of a shipping address issue. Instead of just sending me back my item but to the correct address they told me they were sold out and would just give me a refund. It made no sense to me but I just let it go. So I feel your pain. But your bedding is absolutely amazing!! 💜
