Great questions: currently, I work 8 hours a day. When I initially started my career, it was several fees because I had to join local and national associations and pay for MLS access. I have a video on this. I started July 2020 and sold my first home by October 2020. Everyone progress is different. It's about your hustle to look for business opportunities and also who you are connected to.
What firm are you with ? With Zillow leads, the concept is to set an appointment prior to getting in deep conversation about finances and contracts. On the appointment, this is where we may lightly go over this and decide if we will continue working together.
After getting your license how long did it take you to start working? Also, how often do you get paid? That’s what worries me is the pay. I’m doing classes with KW now and almost done.
It's a great way to get started in the business for generating leads ! Anytime you are speaking with people about real estate, it is beneficial to you and your business. && also for me personally, the structure in the long run did not end up working out with my schedule.

Yes , I love that you did that. It helps to cancel homes that may not be a good fit prior to seeing it.

I got my license on June 30th and started working July 15th. I am paid by commission, so only when I close on a home 🏠✨
