I have lived in Santa Barbara, California, Valdosta Georgia and Anchorage, Alaska. And now living In Tampa. I can say that it is the best place to live in US.

I lived in Tampa for 22 years and moved 4 years ago. I lived on sunshine and couldn’t afford to go to all the tourist traps. It’s a great place to live if you can afford it and don’t mind the traffic. So much has changed since I left. We bought a 3 bedroom house outside of Lexington Kentucky for less than what we were paying to live in a Riverview trailer park.

@@danjaob9521 I used to say the same thing before I moved here. Lexington is very nice. It’s beautiful here. I love four seasons. So many people from here have homes in both places for that very reason.😊

it was 2 weeks and one day since last one which is pretty standard. These last 2 really took along time to edit.
I used to live literally right across the street from Busch Gardens and I remember when I first moved there I used to hear the Falcon's Fury running and the hydraulics reminded me of a dog in pain! Thankfully that wasn't the case.
I do miss Tampa though, It's still in some way a home to me, at least emotionally.
…the Tampa area is great, if you own your own home or are blessed to buy a home here, but…. Tampa has extremely high rent!!! Anyone looking to move here will have sticker shock! I know a couple of people who moved here recently from out of town and they had no problem finding viable employment… but when it came to the living situation they are all stuck in hotels as they didn’t expect the rent to skyrocket the way it did in the past few months. So for anyone even thinking about moving here you better handle your housing first. It seems like Florida is rapidly becoming the California of the East as the price to live is astronomically high… some of the highest I’ve ever seen in my life!!! …These corporations who own and operate these rental properties are complete scumbags!!! You’ve been warned!!!

If the couple of you you know are still looking for a place tell them to check out Glen oaks it's a trailer park but they are basically the cheapest place in Tampa to rent from or buy a trailer from I don't know if they are still renting or selling trailers yet but they might still be.
The cost of housing or living is no where near that of California. Put down the crack pipe please.
Tampa is a great city ! ! It has everything a family, young couple, singles could want. It has everything for everyone !

Yea, there are pluses to JAX as well. I think JAX has some great areas outside of downtown, but certain, as far as things to do in downtown, Tampa is 10x better.

I lived across the Gandy Bridge to the West. Not liking toll roads and traffic, I did not venture much into Tampa. And that's the way it was.
Back in 2015 threw 2016 I used to live in tampa I was working on Mcdill air-force base, I miss Tampa; going to the 98rockfest at the Amalie Arena, going to Busch Gardens of course walking Bayshore and the city where Jesus found me. One day I will go back to Tampa but for vacation.

Like other towns around the USA Tampa had a box factory that made tubs for bullets and missals, Mcdill Air force base , hell's angels maverick missals and tomahawks , the Kapok tree inn ect...

I recommend doing a video in the summer in Pensacola Florida! Check out downtown, Pensacola beach and the university of west Florida trails!!!
Would love to see your take on Dunedin and more in-depth on Honeymoon Island (and the great nature center there!) and Caladesi Island. Or a more in-depth look at Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks, restaurants, church and shrine, museum, annual Epiphany celebration and dive for the cross, and nearby Brooker Creek Preserve with its great trails and excellent nature center (not sure if you've covered that yet). Or Cedar Key would be interesting (lots of natural areas, great local museum, and state park, and lovely downtown area). Or Stuart and the interesting downtown, museums (like the heritage museum, Elliot museum, oceanographic coastal center, House of Refuge, etc. ) and Bathtub Reef Beach. Just some ideas, as you requested. Enjoy your videos! Keep 'em coming!

I'm very interested to learn more about South Carolina. A video on Charleston and the nearby islands would be amazing. I'd especially love to see a video on the Upstate area, such as the Greenville metro and nearby attractions.

the best thing I did was move from this city nothing to do lily jobs, I live in Hallandale Beach Fl which is close to Miami and Hollywood Beach Fl the night life is great it's a lot of jobs that's available and paying good.
