Traditional glass products such as tableware, containers, tubes and rods, flat glass, and fibreglass are formed of glass made by the melting process.
    0:07
Tubes and rods are made in three processes: the Danner process, the downdraw process, and the Vello process.
In the Danner process, a continuous stream of glass flows over a hollow, rotating mandrel that is mounted on an incline inside a surrounding muffle.
    0:17
With the rotation of the needle, the downward glass flow gradually forms a hollow tubular envelope that is drawn ultimately into a tube.
The tube shape is maintained by a stream of air blown through the mandrel.
    0:30
Glass-fibre is usually produced by allowing a molten glass stream to drop into a spinning cup that has numerous holes in its wall.
    0:52
A masterpiece is not yet completed, but it needs root they treat it whit carefull this is the most important parts.
    1:32
The molten glass is puted in the mold to take it shape It lets the molten glass makes dilatation cause of gravity.
    1:46
Here they get a fingers shape, it need more expansion
Using scissors they try to make a curved root.
    2:23

This color of hot glass is brillant and amazing
The role of scissors and the other tools is very importing in such works.
    3:12
Here they murge somthing looks like a creepy.
    3:32
In this step we should respect the ratation speed to get the great result In order to take the shape below the moten glass shoud be pressed hardly.
    3:56
The role of scissors is not just eliminate impurities, but it used for decorate. You can also use tweezers. Finnaly we got this masterpiece.
    4:26

It needs some expansion to increase the volume.
    4:54
The actual blowing begins. It starts with a puff on the end of the blow pipe to create a bubble.
Then it’s back to the Glory Hole for more heating and turning. And back to the bench for more shaping.
    5:10
The molten glass is puted in the mold to take it shape
they let the gravity to dilatate the volume.

This would be like making a cake baking compilation but cutting off each clip when the cake is only half decorated lol People watch to see a condensed version to see the finished product, otherwise it's pointless.

Glass blowers/molders are some amazingly talented people. Molten glass is so mesmerizing, and people can make some seriously cool stuff with it.
