    The Muddy Bottoms Bounty Hole has never been pulled the full 300ft. Each year though, the trucks are bigger and badder, so it was inevitable that someone would eventually collect the $5500 bounty.
    Entries were as follows:
    Justin Sprayberry
    Brianna Hachcock
    Wesley Wamble
    Michael Britton
    Gary Morris

    Congratulations to Mike Kelley for his recent acquisition of STROKE THIS and his win in the Bounty Hole!

    It's so easy to see why they get stuck but it looks like no one can figure out how to setup the trucks right. What gets everyone is the axels. They just plow the mud and that slows the momentum plus adds a barrier. Need to worry less about overall ground clearance and start to take into account axel to ground clearance.
    Neat trucks tho!!

    the problem that keeps arising in these bounty holes is the mud that gets stuck in the front of the trucks.
    If there was a half cone or something, like what the front of a boat has, most, if not all of the trucks would make it through easily.

    Man all these trucks and no one has figured out the independent suspension is better because you're not dragging your driveline threw the mud don't care how big and tall your truck is. If you dragging your driveline in the mud you won't go nowhere

    • @PanameraTurboSEHybrid
      @PanameraTurboSEHybrid Před 7 lety +5

      matt blytherq These trucks are not cheap, the work they put into getting their truck how it is isn't cheap. I'm sure they can handle the payment of custom built high strength CV axles. But I see what you're saying about the angle and it position, that's going to be a challenge.

    • @neilhightower2270

    People wondering how they afford this stuff. Well for 1 they probably live in a house that's either paid off or only costs them about $600/mo to live in. 2: They probably work a hard labor job doing construction/logging/excavating etc etc getting paid $30-50/hr. Just my assumption
