I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc... It is possible and very lucrative as long as all steps and details are followed.

My opinion for young people is you need to be both a dividend investor and a growth investor, basically how i made my first million also i use an FA Olivia Rene Reyes. For example if I just got a 1000% gain on Tesla and then pulled 85% of the money out and went into a load of more stable dividend stocks like CVX So I would say diversify, but also use those growth opportunities to build the capital to invest in the dividend payers (or in cash flowing real estate)

Maybe software margins are much better, but we also have to consider NVDA's dominant position, usually there are several companies competing for software, NVDA is alone. It is the best company and innovates very quickly, it is a company that generates a lot of value for the world.
Also the AI software itself has no moat. It's the platform it's built upon that has the moat. While at the same time, Nvidia because of its dominant position in GPUs has a huge moat at the moment. So in short, software might earn for dollars but it will also have huge competion and a very low barrier to entry.

There times in which I’m too tired to drive and it’s been great to have my own personal chauffeur, that is literally taking me from my doorstep to anyone else doorsteps without disengagement, absolutely insane and kudos to Tesla for all the advancement they have made! Also driving the safest vehicle on the planet has made road-trips so much better and less hectic. Those who get it, GET IT! And those who don’t will be highly disappointed in their decision! We don’t have electric grids to support charging millions of Cars. I’m hoping to get a electric car, but there is no way to charge so many cars at home in middle of the night when everybody else is charging their car.

She has a wealth of great experience and is really an expert in identifying secular trends. The problem is that many of the companies she invests in are not profitable as it’s too early to tell which ones will truly be the winners.

Adoption of FSD should be super simple. As the product improves over human drives Tesla can insure these vehicles at lower and lower rates until nobody will want to pay so much more to drive themselves.

Tesla is riding several exponentials, eventually the market wakes up to what has happened and the stock does an aggressive 10x plus rise in a short period of time. This "market sleeping" period lasts normally 5-7 years with Tesla stock.

As of September 2, 2023, the year-to-date return of the ARKK Innovation ETF is 34.1%. If Cathie Wood did not sell Nvidia stock since investment, the total return of ARKK this year would be 100.8%.
Here is the calculation:
The current price of Nvidia stock is $485.09.
On January 1, 2023, the price of Nvidia stock was $234.
If Cathie Wood did not sell Nvidia stock, ARKK would have held 750,000 shares of Nvidia at the beginning of the year.
The total value of these shares would be 750,000 * $485.09 = $363,812,500.
This is an increase of 159.90% from the value of these shares on January 1, 2023.
Therefore, if Cathie Wood did not sell Nvidia stock, the total return of ARKK this year would be 34.1% + 159.90% = 100.8%.
I don’t think a ARKK investment is legal, everything they do has caused investors dearly. I’m not specialist, but I’m not stupid either.

It think people accept human error more so because the human at fault( if survives) is held legally/financially/socially accountable. With FSD, what is the outcome in an injury/death caused by AI error?

I'm an investor in Cathie which I strongly regret cos it's dropped so low I can't bear to bail now... but she keeps going on about how she is outperforming stuff... but what about her performance over 2 years ... ? Her recovery is a bounce from an insane plummet ...a 20% jump after a 85% drop is not very exciting . eg $100 down to $20 and then boom huge 20% jump up to $24, whoopee !!!... everything has recovered except ARK... I am so sick of Cathie's promises...I can't fault anything ARK says on really all subjects (besides crypto and NFT's) but her stock is getting close to the garbage bin for the market and probably for me too soon .

She is right to say that for each $ Nvidia makes software companies should make 10$. AI chips don't have access to direct consumers, software companies do.

I'm a firm believer in Cathie, she's made all the right calls since I've been following her, I'm putting all of my retirement funds in Ark investments. She knows how to manage it very very well.
