You can give Kurama the ability to regenerate his Chakra Faster than Bayron Mode can use it up. That way it is like using your Phone while it is charging. It won't just turn off because it charges faster than it uses. You can use the same Principle/Way/whatever with Kurama... just say he recharges faster than Naruto can use his Power.

idea: Give kurama The ability to Harness Chakra for an infinite amount of time solving the problem for infinite baryon mode. because each time its supposed to run out its just reset and continues going due to the ability to manipulate chakra forever.
kurama has a special type of sage mode that he uses to keep on increasing his chakra that makes it practically unlimited

An idea for how infinite baryon mode could work is Kurama's chakra survives through the dead kinkiku and ginkiku and by the time baryon mode runs out the nine tails chakra from them go to him again and then Kurama's chakra regenerates and the pattern continues
Simple just say that icchiki turned the ten tails into the tree of might where naruto can siphon out its chakra half of infinite is still infinite and bayron mode turns Chakra and life energy into strength then bam infinite bayron mode

Maybeeee it could be that Baryon mode instead of only fusing kurama and naruto chakra to make baryon chakra, it also replaces both of their chakras as well as it being used to power the mode itself. So it would be like
Naruto(Chakra) + Kurama(Chakra) = Reserve(Baryon Chakra) and Active(Baryon Chakra)
reserve being that ones that will replace their chakras while active is the one used to fight...so at some point, both of them will have their chakras replaced by baryon chakra which in my opinion would basically mean that Baryon mode wont start as op as it did but will instead become more op as it gets used more until it reaches the peak in which it will stay there(unless sage mode can be stacked on that), so naruto would lose kcm and stuff...he'll skip straight to baryon mode once both his and kurama's chakra are fully baryon....
