How To Make Chicken Souvlaki !!!

- Today we r making traditional Chicken Souvlaki w Tzatziki Sauce, with a very easy & fun recipe to follow.
INGREDIENTS:-
3 LBS Chicken Breast (1 inch cubes)
Greek Yogurt (whole milk plain)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pita Bread
Cajun Seasoning
Black Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Fresh Dill
Fresh Garlic
Cilantro
White Vinegar
Fresh Lemons
Hot House Cucumber
MARINATE:-
1TSP Salt (to taste)
1TSP Black Pepper (to taste)
1TBL SPN Fresh Garlic
4 TBL SPN Olive OIL (extra virgin)
1TSP Cilantro
1TSP Oregano
1/2 TBL SPN Cajun Seasoning
TZATZIKI SAUCE:-
1.Hot House Cucumber (seeded)
2.Cups Greek Yogurt (whole milk)
1TSP White Vinegar
2TSP Olive Oil
1TSP Salt
1TSP Black Pepper
2TBL SPN Fresh Dill (chopped)

Chef plz tell how can we use onion in salad ?how can we remove its bitterness? What is secret? We wash with salt.and onion become soft.
Ejaz Azeez I cut onions first and let them sit in water with vinegar. Drain and add to the rest of your salad.
