Wow, I chose pile 1 and that was definitely needed. I've been struggling A LOT with social media addiction/ procrastination. Most recently I started using time limits for my screen time and I deleted some apps from my phone. but I still need to put in some more effort towards my goal. About three years ago, I was forced to move back home with family because my living situation changed and then shortly after, because of the pandemic. This Uni is in the UK and I'm from Asia... So I will also have to get the Visa processed. Semester starts in September there....
