Well, it is definitely a signing. A down 2023 season, but an All-Star in 2022. But regardless, he is basically a RHP platoon hitter as that's where he does his damage. I personally would've gone with Brandon Belt here given he was good last season in the same role, but I understand the age difference and possible park factors. Can't really go wrong with a one year deal either.
with Jocs barrel rate i wonder why he doesn’t focus on like drives and hit for average. He pulls the ball a bit too much. Great depth signing nonetheless.
