Him, and this guy MarbleDuck are the two guys I go to for tips. If you like AKAART then you will like MarbleDuck. Sometimes his tips can be a little complex when explaining them.
Its so satisfying to insta kill a enemy heli with the tow ;)
It's hard to use the Tow missile against the attack chopper unless it's been laser designated.

Me and my friend have a method for dealing with maa in a copter that's pretty effective in 99% of cases, we sneak up while its distracted, I fire a barrage of Zuni to get him popping protection, he follows up with a tv, and I finish with a tow, works every time

Ye, they should remove the MAA completely - along with the gunship.
1:45 - HOW TF do you aim the tow??? Look at the crosshairs in comparison to where the TOW actually goes. & that my friends is why I suck with the TOW.
I'm late, but personally I have no problem with the MAA's when I fly as a Scout or Attack Heli. I played in the MAA to learn the mentality, and then used that to avoid the same mentality other MAA drivers have when I fly the chopper.
I want to see some chopper play on something besides Siege. Everyone that fly's choppers loves Siege and Hanin Resort.
I have a few streaks on my channel from other maps - Dawnbreaker, Golmud and Altai are few of the better ones.

Just found your chan and subbed. I fly a lot of chopper, but on console, it seems a bit different. The TV-missile and control stick combo is not a match made in Heaven, for instance. Anyway, we almost exclusively play Golmud, where the AA-vehicle is as much of a bitch as ever, and I would love to see some footage from Golmud, if not actually you discussing piloting strategies for the map, which would be even better. In any case, like your vids, subbed to see what you will do for BF1 once that game comes out (I dont want to see too many BF1 vids before I get the actual game, sort of ruins the 'new game' feel for me when I get it). But I feel real sad about no choppers in the next BF game, choppers were among my fav thing to do in BF3 and 4. Cheers!
I agree that a console controller makes it hard to TV missle aircraft. Maybe I am not up to the skill level yet. I'm also having trouble using TOW on LAV to shoot down aircraft.

Attack helicopters have way to much power!! against the ground troops. The emc smoke should be patched way to short to come back up on line. Just like ground troops they need to find there ammo. So what I would like dice to do is . First have the attack helicopters land at there home base or carrier and load up on there counter measures and ammo. 2nd to be able to go on the map were the attack helicopters can go because when they get hit they go out of bounds and were they hide out of battle. Were ground troops or armor cant go. Which in my book is a coward move!! And get there counter measures back go back out and do it all over again . That's is why you notice kill ratio are so high on these pilots .To make it fair let see how good you are when you have to go back to base with no counter measures! And you have to rely on real pilot skills! And that goes for armor to!!
+Mark Kumer Well it's down to the map really. I would prefer DICE to put that ammo/countermeasure idea in and remove stupid long range aa guns that promote nothing but camping. Shanghai is the prime example where an attack heli can take advantage of the map. Loads of cover however a decent enemy chopper/transport squad can easily take you down.
+AKA-ART I agree I don't use aa guns a matter of fact I really don't use armor at all pretty much . But as I said in all due respect . Attack Helicopters are to powerful against ground troops and armor! If you have on your team a good recon and he is spotting the enemy and you see all those Dorito chips and armor its like a feast for someone like you that's why they need to do this because if there is a helicopter pilot of your skill I don't play . Because there is no point. Because I have seen even in this video those tactics that all your helicopter pilots use is the run and hide tactic. An infantry personnel got a hit on you after you ran out of counter measure and you run and hide behind a building that is clearly out of bound were no vehicle or ground personnel can get you while you are hiding. Which is not fair at all if I can go were you are . Or armor for that matter! And as far for aa guns I fully agree the only ones that have a reason to camp is your recon! But I do like your videos and keep up the work . And thats why I did subscribed maybe one day I will watch enough I will take up attack helicopter . Thanks and have a good day!!

How do you keep the aim display the same? When I switch to Tow, it is just a crosshair.

tow doesn't take that much skill. you fire it and point your cross hairs at the target till it blows it up. piece of piss in a helicopter as you can fly straight at your target. amount of skill required isn't proportional to the damage or kills attainable. Op
dude, you say that you use ecm as pilot and fire extinguisher as gunner but you can't have flares or that fire thing as gunner in battlefield 4
when the chopper is on fire the pilot gets out and he switches place and activate the extingushiner

what is your dpi and sens in game ?
AA tanks are good, unless you're on my team. Then you can watch in disbelief as your team shoots at helicopters within 100 meters and blast everything but the helo.

Totally agree with the AA it's why I don't fly much, and I don't know why people camp the the base cos it's awesome for killing infantry on flags, it's prob because they shit players that do it lol

+AKA-ART In my opinion the AA is just to op against air vehicles. As a jet you need normally 2 runs to shoot both rockets and while you have to turn in the jet he can shoot at you and his protection is already nearly reloaded. They should nerf the minigun of the aa at least.
you say aa is overpowered but isn't the tow missle? Well op and is spoiling the balance.

Not any old scrubby player can jump into a heli and start towing things from across the map. The same can't be said for the MAA.

Aa tank in lam ant should be taken out. I hate those ppl who stay on their main base just shooting out. I never bother with choppers on that map
AA is fine your just annoyed about having something that can take you out other than Stingers & Iglas etc..
