Finnish dialect is strange, Rokan Anttia is different because the name is object in the sentence and its pretty common in Finland to use the surname first when spoken of someone. He could have also said "et sie perkele petä Antti Rokkaa = you wont betray Antti Rokka" Where the surname comes later.
