You know, when Bill was named CEO I was skeptical at first. Like so many others I was thinking "Who is this guy?!" But after hearing him speak, reading his book, and hearing stories about him from friends that talked to him....he's the real deal. Yes, he's definitely got the New York attitude that can come off as "in your face", but he genuinely cares about people. I have yet to hear of a single person saying something bad about his character.
