People tend to forget that Saitama's training isn't what actually made him strong. He fought monsters multiple times every single day, and even when he felt like he hit his limit he would continue. This is paralleled by both Garou and Glasses in the story. Garou had been fighting heroes constantly, but when he felt like he was at his limit he would stop. This pattern continued until we got to the Elder Centipede part and during the latter half of the Monster Association arc as Garou was FORCED to fight S class heroes and incredibly powerful monsters back to back in order to survive. Which led to him breaking his limiter and monsterizing, then allowing God to try and make a deal with Garou. Glasses right now is training just like Saitama had been, and we even saw him covered in scars and battle damage, yet he was still pushing himself to go fight another monster.
Glasses still not exactly doing it like Saitama though, not even like Garou did.
Glad I’m not the only one who realised this. The area he lived even most heroes didn’t want to go to as it’s the most monster infested place
People forget that Saitama started out extremely strong. He was a random dude who defeated a tiger level threat before he even decided to train and become a hero (crablante). A tiger threat is the equivallent of 5 B ranks or an A rank hero

I think the biggest thing people overlook about the 3 years of saitama’s training isn’t the training regime itself but the fact he lived in the most monster infested area in the world and was fighting monsters everyday. It definitely played a part

The point of removing or breaking the limiter, is that you have to remove your PERSONAL limiter. The limiter is put to a place that should not be possible to reach, so its placement varies according to the subject. To Saitama, that limiter was relatively low, but still was extremely difficult, that is to follow a really strict routine for three long years without failing a single day.
The problem is that is not really a secret, the opposite, is a plain way. Just almost impossible to follow
Not only that it seems like your desires influence stuff as well I personally feel that the reason he's so powerful is his desire to be powerful and tbh it might be his wish is that he could defeat his enemy with one punch. Imo, what broke Saitama's limiter is he truly believed so much he could see the back of his head in the mirror, he broke his limiter in succeeding. So the secret to breaking your limiter is being unbelievably naive
I think on that part, he do not broke his limiter just because of doing that, but rather on that scene is where he realized that he broke his limiter.

People dont seem to grasp saitamas training... the whole thing is he literally went INSANE, 3 years of suffering which nobody else has done. Some have strong wills, some out train saitama physically, some are just as brave, some are born strong, but none of them broke thier own sanity.

Blue hair is somehow more powerful than Gold hair, all the gods of destructions look bland, lame and unthreatening, frieza becomes a boring villain that comes and goes like bowser in mario or joker in batman, should have been left as one of the best, most iconic original villains they created. A villain can maybe get ONE comeback if it makes sense for the plot, but Frieza has had about five - a villain is a joke villain by that point.

People forget that Saitama started out overpowered. Without training he beat a tiger level threat (crablante) alone, with only a moderate level of effort. Yes he fully unlocked his limiter later, but the process began as soon as he chose to abandon his old life and be a hero.
A tiger level threat is rated as being the needing 5 B ranks or 1 A rank hero. So Saitama before he even started training he was arguably A rank hero level. Crablante may be considered a weak Tiger rank, and maybe it wouldnt actually take an A or 5 Bs, but it cant be off by much, as the description for a tiger level threat is "The Tiger disaster level is defined by the Hero Association as posing a danger to a large number of people"

My head canon says that Saitama NEVER kills humans. Monsterized---no longer humans, yes. Monsters created from animals, yes. Aliens, yes. But humans and humans WHO HAVE BEEN ARTIFICIALY MUTATED? No.
Mosquito Girl was obviously mutated from a human so Saitama would and could stop her. But he could not kill her.
The reverse causality punch he threw at Garou, as it had been supercharged in his fight against Cosmic Fear Garou, SHOULD HAVE KILLED ANY PREVIOUS INCARNATION OF GAROU! But it didn't because SAITAMA CAN NOT KILL HUMANS!
The reason mosquito girl is alive because Saitama still didn't see her as a monster but a mere mosquito.
1. He saw Rover as a mere dog despite it having 6 eyes, big size and big head compared to its body.
2. The episode Mosquito Girl was "killed" is also the episode Saitama tries to "kill" a mosquito. He was still frustrated at that time that when he finally saw her.
3. Now, with his personality (reason 1) and the circumstance of chasing a mosquito (reason), he was primed to think any that looks like a mosquito is a mere mosquito.
4. What do we do to mosquitos? We slap them, not punch them. We don't even do it killing intent. Even if we expect a mosquito to die after being slapped, we don't actually kill it even if it still survives. We just throw it away.
5. Reason 4 is average normal behavior. Well, Saitama acts like an average human, i.e. worrying for grocery sales.
6. In conclusion, Saitama didn't want to kill Mosquito Girl when he slapped her. That's why she survived plus she was lucky she got past the building, barely.
