OMG, I watched that all the way through and you didnt sow the taking the mould off!!! Mega sinks but Im really pissed off!!! How did you get the sink bit out and how did you get past those drainer holes???
That is because this is a video of casting the sink not demolding it. :) demold is easy. Remove form edges, flip the sink over remove the bottom sheet then the sink plug and the foam for the slot drain. The plugs melt out with acetone if made of foam. If you use rubber or poly plugs simply remove them from the back before flipping the piece over. Let me know if you have any other questions
@@TrinicLLC Im sorry but I totally disagree!! We watched the whole video for the full duration and you just leave out the unveiling!! Thats like showing a video of someone opening a present without showing the opening of it.... For all we know you could of balled it up and that was another pair of sinks.... you didnt give us the chance to see it??? Whats the point in showing the full process, YES, that was impressive, to leave out the end bit... Dont get it when you went to such effort to show the rest. Sorry guy's it sucked because of that!!

Tamas Kovacs the back coat goers on before the face dries. If it is hot out we add our hydration stabilizer to slow it down. Using ice for 1/2 your mix water also works.

What’s the reason for spraying the boards if that is coming off?
I think the boards you're referring to are for the drop edge of the counter. That sprayed coat is the front of the concrete counter.
How could the facecoat still remain wet especially at the verticals to bond with the backcoat?
