I like the way he kept things simple and only needed an acceleration trigger to operate it. genius! I bet he turns just by shifting his feet

trigger for altitude control, weight shifting for roll and pitch and probably an accelerometer to return it back to 0degrees is what i'm guessing.

May I suggest a couple of things? Your throttle uses a single pot. It would be better, more reliable to use a double pot wired in parallel or an EJ longlife pot. Also, a simple pole & handgrip attached to the frame would make things just a bit more secure for you - something to hang on to. Keep up the good work.

Just watched Back to the Future Part II, in which Marty goes to 2015, where he finds the famous hoverboard. Pretty cool, knowing I watched the movie in 2015, dunno why. Anyways, ironic that the times I've seen it used, the IRL version that is, it was used over water, while in the film, it doesn't work on water unless you have 'power' I think he called it, meaning a method of propulsion. Seems like basically using a hoverboard on water is like using a skateboard in thick mud.
Also, needless to say, AWESOME that it was made by a Canadian! Newfie here, cheers!

Skirts around the propeller that can "focus" the energy a little, wireless power via rf with a batt pack that can handle the full current.. not sure what you're running for power, but if you're running lifopo4 then, the most in s, with the least in p and wireless real time charging will help you a lot..
