Mashallah sis. That is one amazing seafood boil. I think rather than making it very soupy the gravy is the star of the show with all those caramelized onions. Props for keeping ur hijab clean while eating which is not an easy thing to do seeing how finger licking good this dish is. 😋

I see declare and decree that I AM overcoming shellfish allergies . After watching the video and humming on the cooking of the sauce; I had a thought to bake a few chicken or turkey thighs, once partially done, smother them in this delicious sauce and allow them to simmer in it.

One thing that I can say about your seafood boil that I haven't seen nobody else do, is deshell all the meat 1st and then toss it in the sauce. I'm going to do that next time I do one of these boils.

I tried this recipe a few weeks ago. It was delicious. Is there anyway I can decrease some ingredients to decrease heat without decreasing flavor. Some of my family members are a little soft when it comes to heat
