I bowled with Kenny Parks in 83 in the Munster Lanes Classic league. He had long hair then but nothing like in this video. As a team we shot 3569 and was 3rd high the league. Eugene McCune was just starting with the men's leagues.
Norm Duke, one of the classiest champions, no doubt. I don't know if I have ever seen Norm do anything that was smug in any way.
The 4 matches were exciting and close
Bowled Pro am 30 years ago maybe 40 :-) I'm 75 now :-) with Carmen Salvino and Papas. Carmen bowled like the pro that he is. Papas was busy looking for something and bowled like the armature I was, I scored higher then him :-( still cashed but would have been nice to have a little more help from Papas Carmen is a great FACE of the PBA 🙂
Randy, if you never again mention your solid 8-pin, your three knee surgeries and your 13 tour victories, we'd all respect you a lot more! Start talking about the bowlers and stop talking about yourself eh?

Norm doesn't throw clutch strikes, he can strike whenever he damn well pleases
Since when does pin up mass out create length? not that I noticed any layout that I would really consider the mass to be out too far.

Could you make an intro featuring only bowlers who actually compete at PBA50 like Norm Duke, Michael Haugen Jr., Walter Ray William Jr., Amleto Monacelli, Pete Weber and so on? I think it's unfitting how it is now

think it might have been the hywire. could be wrong though
It's the roto grip hywire...at 102:30 you can see the hywire worded logo to left of his grip. Only other ball I know that is close in looks is the hyper cell and the hyper cell has a much different logo.
If I can spend five minutes alone with Kimberly Pressler I'll be happy lol. Love the event. But I think the intro's could be better.
