We got an awesome update that has me feeling good about the health of the game
I'm not going to go too far into it but if you have an LGS I'm even more jealous of you than normal

I was definitely on the “I hope Alice cluster gets tag boat”. This is for a few reasons. 1. From a competitive standpoint, H1 rulers + Ki Lua are the best rulers rn. Partly due to their cocoon ability and/or the ability to partner with moonchildren.
2. The devs said they wanted older rulers to see more play. Well, by giving them tag, they probably would see older rulers seeing play. If R/R is truly an issue, just combo ban it from being tagged. But with orb being banned, I don’t see it being as insane as it was back when it released. Especially compared to the best rulers in the game right now.
As for the ABC stuff, it does suck for those who don’t have an LGS. I wish they made it more accessible.

I’m just worried they are going to blow their load of making all Singleton Rulers have tag too fast and the Cluster Blanket Tag hype moments are going to just be common place
I do also like the idea of Rulers getting tag with a Specific New Ruler so it feels like it’s more tailor made support rather than a slapstick “they can all tag each other”
So that’s why I kind of dig pacing out how often they do the blanket tag yee
Yea I’m hoping we can maybe like buy a box of the decks somehow
And not for like an outrageous price
@@RustinWW for sure. I can understand that just slapping (X) cluster tag together can feel meh/lazy. However, I would like to see them keep their promise on making older rulers viable.

I’m not expecting Fairy Alice to suddenly be top tier but she definitely feels a little more viable with another Fairy Focused Ruler
Yeah, still unclear if CST will begin removing life points (Ruler school says it will be, so there's that).
With arcana rulers being in some booster packs, I'm guessing here, but potentially it could mean ES are leaning towards making booster packs more draftable (maybe)
Like, players buy a box, split 36 packs between 4-6 players, then hopefully you each pull a ruler and draft with what cards you get (might need to have a few house rules to cover certain exceptions), but the potential is there.
It would/could mean players don't need to get a prerelease kit, or buy or print the rulers they need.
Either way, good riddance to the life point cards!

As far as implementing stuff in limited formats I was referring more towards the bonus Special Stones
But yea a house Rule of like ignoring the Attribute restrictions and Convoke ability on the ABC Rulers to use as your basic Ruler for Limited Formats will be great too
You can get a colored Will Coin too if your group rules to allow that
So, let's say I'm a new player (Don't own any Seven Kings Rulers) does World Tree fairy do anything for me? The artworks on these cards are beautiful. While I do understand World Tree mermaid, I don't understand how Lightning Rod Mermaid works. Care to explain in simpler terms to a noob the tag mechanic? I was under the impression that having 3 Rulers meant you could use any of them if you Jactivate. In 6:37 what is the Buy a box promo Information sample image, is that a playable card or is it just a cool picture? Wow 7:49 I was going to ask the purpose of reprinting stones but yeah, new players would have a bad time trying to get them huh. Extra spice hahaha XD. Don't you have a friend with a local store near him? If NO then you would have to buy as singles? Damn bad luck there. I have quite a few stores "near" by BUT since MoA they don't carry FOWs product. (Sad Noises) Great video man.
We aren’t entirely sure if there will be special reprints specifically for those Rulers quite yet or if there will be stand ins

Those old Rulers with that race are also typically dirt cheap too so getting your hands on them shouldn’t be too hard
Yea the artwork for FoW is gorgeous
So Lightning Rod Mermaid basically makes your opponent waste a targeting spell or ability on her for a turn
Then she gains [barrier] so that spell or ability fizzles out
Then your opponent can target whatever they want with their next spell or ability
I hope that makes more sense
As for the 3 Rulers
I think I’m going to need some examples on what you mean by that because there are some scenarios where the answer might be different

We are still in Spoiler Season for the set before it

Yea Specially Stones like those are essentially to building a collection
I have LGSs near me but they don’t support FoW too sadly
And the Rule they mentioned was that one player gets one free deck
So I’d have to convince someone with a FoW LGS to send me the one they got for free
I already have a large enough collection to build the Precons

And it’s abbreviated name is ABC yee
