I'm so excited to share more about our pregnancy story today! This is sort of like a storytime video but also has vlog footage from our time trying to conceive, exploring fertility options, and ultimately finding out - surprise! - we got pregnant on our own with twins! It still feels so crazy how it all worked out and we're just so thankful and appreciative to be growing our family the way we are.

They were amazing and met with us for a consultation, talked through my entire medical history, and they even went through my previous bloodwork results from when I did Modern Fertility and cross-referenced all the vitamins and supplements I was taking to give advice on what to cut out / what to focus on. At their facility we did bloodwork, an ultrasound, a hysteroscopy (my bad for getting that word wrong in the video, pregnancy brain lol), and sperm analysis and all were positive experiences! If we ever needed fertility help in the future this is definitely where we'd go. 🤍

We had an appointment to see a fertility specialist after trying for 1 year 6 months and 5 days before the appt. I got a positive pregnancy test. I called and changed that appt. To a confirmation of a pregnancy appt. What a blessing that was and we now have a happy so precious and beautiful 1 year old boy!!
I have lost a baby in 9 weeks in July and we just found out we are pregnant with twins! So excited ❤ You’re my soul sister. Fingers crossed for easy and healthy pregnancy!

Edit to add: I had di/di twins, ultrasounds and appointment every two weeks. Stress tests every week from 34 weeks on.
I delivered at 37 weeks via c section. A twin pregnancy is a wild ride and definitely more intense than singleton, but also it was soooo nice having frequent appointments & seeing them frequently. Greatly helped my anxiety.
The best purchase I made when pregnant - “when you’re expecting twins, triplets, quads…” book written by a few OBGYN specialists. It outlines additional supplementations needed, pregnancy expectations, delivery issues with multiples. I felt very prepared for each and every step of the way after reading it.

Congratulations on your twins! The link between stress and infertility is so real. When your body knows you are really stressed it goes into survival instinct mode, and thinks "if we are in a stressful/bad situation we don't want to add a baby right now". Your body doesn't know if you're stressed from war/conflict, influenza, famine, natural disasters, family issues, economic issues etc. It just thinks 'I have to stay alive and preserve myself' and all the extras get shut down.

I had a miscarriage last month and rewatching your previous videos have been SO helpful and healing for me. omg we had unexplained infertility for 4.5yrs and after several fertility treatments we went ahead with ivf. before we started i decided to take a pregnancy test the day before our first ivf appointment. lo and behold my first ever bfp! our boy is now 3

So so happy for you! We found out our first pregnancy was supposed to be a twin pregnancy but we had lost one before the confirmation appointment. I can relate to that feeling of “omg I’m back here” every time we’d go to check on the healthy baby and hold our breaths until we could see/hear the heartbeat. Now we’re just past the halfway point and all is good thus far with our healthy baby girl 🤞 It all works out the way it’s meant to 💕 So very happy and excited for you 😊

I am so excited for you! I am currently pregnant after a loss last October, and the anxiety is definitely real. Seeing and hearing that heartbeat for the first time is like nothing else! I am hoping everything goes well for you and can't wait to follow along!

I'm so happy for you! ❤️ We have been going through so much with our son, the timing of our second pregnancy has been the biggest blessing and positive distraction. And my son is doing a lot better, progressing so well, ironically now that I'm worrying less.

Oh yay! I love this, so excited to see this video! I gave birth to twin girls in early July so I’m loving watching your journey unfold! Our girls came early at 32 weeks and had to stay in the SCN for a month but are so healthy and happy now you wouldn’t even know! Same as you, I ovulated twice and suspected something was up because I was so sick so easy. Our girls were also dcda. That first trimester was rough and unfortunately for me the nausea and fatigue never went away so hoping you have more luck with your pregnancy! But twins are honestly just the best and I’m so thankful to have had them along with our 3yo singleton girl, couldn’t imagine life any other way! Looking forward to all the updates!! 💕💕

Just went through a loss and d&c abt 2 weeks ago. I waited to watch this bc I wasn’t sure if I was ready to be happy for someone else as bad as it may sound. Congratulations!! I’m a di-di twin mama as well and while twins are so hard they’re so, so fun! We had a fairly uncomplicated pregnancy and induced at 38 weeks due to my OBs recommendation to not let the babies get cramped. They were both head down and I tried a vaginal delivery first but my son, who was lower, would not descend so after a 15 hour labor we did a c-section. My son and daughter were born healthy and needed no NICU time. Best case scenario for us too! You guys are gonna rock the twin parent life! ❤

That’s why they typically have you try for a full year ❤ but I went to my 8 week appointment and found out the same on 10/25 lol didi twins!! 🥰❤️

I had a missed miscarriage with baby #3 in Oct 2021 after two healthy "textbook" pregnancies (my boys are same age as yours) and it was devastating. So unexpected, which I think made it more devastating. After that I had two more losses this year and I just want so much to believe that there is a reason for this and it is some very hard but meant-to-be journey with a happy ending. Your story helps to see the light in the tunnel. Congratulations again, I am so happy for you guys! Sending all the heathy, sticky dust and vibes for the next 30 weeks.

We suffered with unexplained infertility also. We are currently 28 weeks pregnant with our second baby boy! It was definitely a journey! Congratulations ❤

Aw congratulations I miscarried in June (iui) and got pregnant with my son (completely natural) in August, we where sooooooo shocked and so excited! We had him in May, he’s the strong best lil guy ever! Stay blessed
This is so crazy watching this video right now- I remember finding your videos over Covid because my hubby and I just started trying to get pregnant and I was crazily searching first symptoms. Month after month we tried and nothing ever happened. It was devastating- we went thru the same fertility journey with all the tests just to have them say “20% of couples have a hard time getting pregnant” and there was nothing else for us to do but keep trying or consider IVF. We decided to try for another month and I found out exactly one year ago today that we were expecting! So here I am now watching this video with my 3 month old sleeping on me and still watching your videos almost 2.5 years later. I love this and I’m so happy for you guys ❤️

Ive already said thia to you but congrats again!! Dont worry about it being a high risk pregnancy after your loss - its co aidered a high risk because its twins. We lost our firat baby then had twins and the anxiety is rough when it comes to the timeframe of when u lost the previous baby but you will be ok- you are so strong and blessed. Congratulations! This video had me tearing up several times, especially when you talk about going in the for the first ultrasound after a loss. I had a blighted ovum the summer of 2021 (found out at the 8 week ultrasound). I had to have a d&c and then had to take methotrexate because my HCG levels never went down so had to wait another 3 months after the injection to try to get pregnant again. Those 6 months of going through all that felt like an eternity. I still remember the exact moment and feeling when there was a heartbeat when I got pregnant again. I now have my rainbow baby girl who will be 2 months old tomorrow. So happy for you and your family!

Wow I had a similar story, we did all the test you did and i was waiting for the genetic test and before we went back for the results, I was already pregnant. It’s crazy how things worked. Congrats mama.
