Types of Muscle Fibers and their impacts on Sports Performance | in Hindi

- Muscle fibers are of two types: Type I and type II muscle fibers. Type II muscle fibers are again of two types: Type IIa and Type IIx.
In this video we will try to understand specific characteristics of each of these muscle fibers. Then we will see how the proportion of each of these fibers is varied from muscle to muscle and from individual to individual. We will also see whether the proportion of the muscle fibers can be changed. Then we will discuss how each of these muscle fibers responds to different types of exercises differently. And finally we will see the underlying causes for different characteristics of different types of muscle fibers.
