  • See how we clean fuel injectors on a budget. Its cheap and easy. These are fuel injectors for and LS 5.3 motor we took from a junkyard. Watch as the LS swap begins to happen on the Jeep YP LS swap.

Wouldn't it make sense to do it backwards to get out anything that might've made it past the fuel filters or junk that was too large to pass through the bottom?

Just use the clear hose and fill with carb cleaner and blow it through with air from a compressor

Do you have to use a 9volt battery? Can you just use fluid tube and push it through with a air compressor?

It needs current to open up

By any chance you know the size of the hose you used diameter wise I was thinking like 3/8?

So the brake cleaner won’t ruin the fuel line or cause a bad mix?

Did you ever got an answer from your question, it is safe to use break cleaner?

It works just fine for us and never had a problem.

Brake cleaner or carb cleaner is just fine. I wouldn’t leave it soaking overnight or anything but blasting some through won’t hurt anything. I just used a clear hose and filled abut 3-4” with carb cleaner then used air from my compressor to blow it through. Started as a tight stream and ina few seconds switched to a nice atomized spray
