- Here is a recipe for vegan kohlrabi fritters that are crispy on the outside and nice and soft in the middle. Perfect for dipping in sauces or yogurt, they can be served as a side dish or added to a lunch box for a day out. It takes less than 30 minutes to make, and you only need a handful of ingredients. Simple & tasty!

➡️ 1 zucchini
➡️ 1 carrot
➡️ 2 green onions
➡️ 4 tablespoons of plain flour

Αυτοί οι νηστίσιμοι κεφτέδες με κουλούμπρα είναι τραγανοί απέξω και μαλακοί και αφράτοι στο εσωτερικό. Ιδανικοί για να τους βουτήξετε σε σάλτσες ή γιαούρτι, μπορούν να σερβιριστούν ως συνοδευτικό με το κυρίως σας ή να τους πάρετε μαζί σας όταν πάτε τη βόλτα σας έξω. Χρειάζονται λιγότερο από 30 λεπτά για να γίνουν και μόνο 6 υλικά. Απλά & νόστιμα!

➡️ 1 κουλούμπρα
➡️ 1 κολοκύθι
➡️ 1 καρότο
➡️ 2 φρέσκα κρεμμυδάκια

do you think this would work with almond flour?? :)
yes
I haven't tried it to be 100% sure but I think it should work fine. Flour in this recipe works to bind together the ingredients so almond flour should do the same job as plain flour. Let me know how it goes :-)

Can we add gram flour instead of maida
I haven't tried with gram flour so I'm not sure if it's going to work. I would love to know if you do try it.

Edit: Read this comment, then read the responses. I goofed up LOL! - I tried it. Word of advice. Hand shredding is key. My food processor with the shredder blade pretty much pulverized the kohlrabi and carrots. So mine were mushy and not of good texture. The taste was good though.

Thanks for sharing! I've only tried them with hand shredding. Did you perhaps use the shredder blade and the chopping blade at the same time? Just wondering if that's the reason you got a mushy texture. Either way, I'm happy they tasted good ❤
@@Mamazillamoodforfood HAHA! You know what? I think I did! I typically use that processer for salsa making and now that you mention it, I think I did leave the chopper blade installed. I'm such a dork!
