    Hello,
    I have a repair shop, I have categorised all kinds of items in reference to Failure mode and Solutions.
    1. I would like to use Jotform to create a simple multi-stage form but on responses, I want all Failure mode dispositions of different products to be recorded on the same column without creating different columns based on sections of the form.
    2. On selecting the Solution dispositions (a dropdown), I would like to be recorded on one same column and list the price for the parts used.
    Is it possible with Jotform?
    Will appreciate your assistance on this!
    Thanks,
    John

      Hi John, What you're trying to achieve is possible with JotForm. With conditional logic, you can show/hide columns you want or hide/skip to pages based on the user's answer. This allows you to collect information based on your condition preference. Guides: www.jotform.com/help/316-how-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-users-answer and www.jotform.com/help/350-how-to-skip-pages-using-conditional-logic. Please contact us at www.jotform.com/contact/ if you need further assistance so we can help.

    Let's say a person filling out the form starts going through the form and fills out their name and phone number but exits the page entirely prior to their email. Is there a way to collect the information they did submit when they hit the next button?

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před rokem

      Hello Taylor,
      That's possible, but not clicking the Next button, they must click on the Save button. Here's a guide on how to enable the save and continue later feature in your form www.jotform.com/help/227-how-to-enable-autofill-on-forms/. Once you enable this feature, the Save button will be added beside the page break and submit buttons. As soon as they click the Save button, their submission will be recorded as incomplete submission which you can later view on your tables. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/753-how-to-view-incomplete-submissions-in-jotform-tables/. Note that you will have to visit the incomplete submission link to view the filled fields.

      Hey there!
      That's possible using any of the embed codes. You can use the default script embed code if you want to. Here's how to embed a form into a web page www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page.

      @@mlduran12 hi there! I see u never received a response. But from what I understand from your question to Jotform, you need to use conditional logic in order to show or hide specific fields or parts of the form based on certain answers.
