Hello Mano, No, they do not need to log in to fill out the form by default. They will immediately be able to access the form link that you shared with them. However, when you change your form's access settings to private or company access only, your customers will be required to log in. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form/. Aside from that, when you share your form link via "Invite By Email" or "Assign Form" in the Publish tab, they will be required to log in to view the form because these features allow submitters to view their submission at a later date by viewing the form assigned to them in the Assigned Form tab on their My Forms page.

Can this option on your platform be used by organizations to publish "job" application forms and to have a job applicant submit their job application by activating a "Submit" button after the applicant has filled-out their application?
