    I have breakfast with Dad one Monday a month. That's just a day when I don't IF. The next day I'm back on schedule. I don't sweat it, it's just part of the plan.

    You are so inspiring! My husband and I went on a 35 day vacation to Europe and I was definitely "off plan" for most of the trip. And, yes, it showed when I returned home and got on the scale. However, I didn't go completely crazy being off plan and got right back on as soon as we returned.

    what food do you recommend to break a 16:8 fast? mine was 6pm-10am fast. i usually eat 2 sunny side eggs to break my fast then waiting about 30 mins before i eat other food to fill myself. do you think that's fine?
