I've watched this video twice now and I think it's remarkable that most of these wickets were off deliveries bowled at quite 10:12 a full length. With a lot of the batters with one, or even bóth feet on or behínd the popping crease. Can only mean they were afraid of his pace (unlikely with top order batsmen), but more likely they knew he could swing the ball both ways, and thus played back hoping for another 1/10 of a second to see what the ball was doing.

I don't think any body had a better ability to turn 1 or 2 wickets into 4 or 5 when they smelt blood in the water. Props must also go to the catchers in these clips..some fantastic grabs
His strike rate is no joke..He might not be underrated but definitely sometimes overlooked when discussing GOAT test bowlers..Other greats might have similar or marginally better averages, but Steyn simply always has another gear and just goes to another place mid-match,more than any other great bowler I would argue
