Rudimentary ( basic, primary, undeveloped) : I have learnt some rudimentary steps of this skill
Echelon ( rank, tier) : You have to work hard because you are at the lowest of the echelon.
Supersede ( replace, succed) : Let her supersede your position.
Fraternity ( brotherhood, association) : I became emotional when I saw the Fraternity among the employees.
Obscure ( unclear ) : We asked many people about her, but the reason behind her disappearance is still obscure
Tranches ( section, portion): I was alarmed to pay the monthly tranches on time
Looming ( threatening, impending): the monsoon season seems looming.
The three new criminal laws were announced and passed but it seems that the police were not ready for the changes. Public is not ready.

  • @______LALMOHAN________

1- From July 1, the three laws - the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita will replace Indian Penal Code, the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita will supersede the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam will replace the Indian Evidence Act - will come into force.
2- There is a basic training to station-house police personnel, workshops here and there and upgrade to the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems, which will ease the filing of complaints electronically.
3- It seems Government has decided to implement first then wait and watch rather than proper training to the police, lawyers and courts.
4- There is no debate about in the legislature even after standing committee recommended some changes or discussed with civil society.

Three new laws came into effect on 1st July named Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. These laws were introduced at a time when there was fear all around and our judicial system and the police were not yet ready to accept them. The union government simply presented the bill in the parliament and recommended some changes but there was no debates and discussions with the civil society. The laws were imposed on the police and the courts and let them do whatever they wanted without wasting any time on understanding them. If we had already anti terrorism law then the inclusion of terrorism in new bill only created confusion. However, reforms regarding registration of FIR regardless of jurisdiction and introduction of videography of searches and seizures were welcome initiatives, but there was a palpable sense of uncertainty over the overall impact of these new laws.

The three new criminal laws introduced by union government amid inadequate preparation by the administration is a cause of concern.
Union government appointed July 1 , 2024 as a date to enforce the three new criminal laws which will replace the name of old laws - Indian penal code, code of criminal procedure, Indian Evidence act.
According to author, the names of new laws have no equivalent English name and Hindi names are very traditional, although it provides the victim facility to register FIR from any place.

Union Government has launched three new laws it changed name of IPC, Crpc, indian evidence act, Indian penal code succeeded bhartiya nyay sanhita, Crpc succeeded bhartiya Nagarik suraksha sahitaa and indian evidence act replaced bhartiya sakshya adiniyam , there is upgraded crime and criminal tracking network system. There is good thing that people can FIR every where barred had been set free. But there are some complications to understand them because they are obvious and hard to understand due to hindi name. Police, lawyers, are not ready to accept them because they were not trained for it astituley. These three laws had launched on 1 July 2024 and it is earlier decided. According to these laws FIR can everywhere but police officers have to upload vediography that particular event it is good.,,,,,,,,,,, my today's score 8/8 ,,,,,, thanku so much maam earlier editorial very complex to me but now I feel it is easier.,,,, again a lot of thank maam

In today's article we looked through the newly named of 3 laws introduced by union government, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita in place of the
Indian Penal Code, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita to supersede
the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam,
which has replaced the Indian Evidence Act.
Hindu writer brickbat to the Law makers, cause without any proper consideration among the personnal and training of the lawyers is not pellucid. It's necessary to detail explanation of the newly launched law that can help to slove cases in future. If laws are not clear to whom are working under that it's difficult to them use properly of it. Moreover, laws named in Hindi which looks very traditional and there are many people who don't understand Hindi so there should be need of English counterparts. Overall, Government should give some time to adapt this laws to the personnel.

The new laws amended by our standing committee of Parliament has not given any specific clarification about the implementation and uses of laws . They haven't given any training to our lawyers , police . They just said , the laws have been upgraded and the FIR can be filed in electronic form . But according to the passage , I think that writer's opinion is correct that if our system has terrorism laws then why do we need any changes in anti - terrorism laws . This will affect the system and also cause difficulty for public .

The three new criminal laws has come into force in India, replacing the British era laws- The Indian Penal Code( which became Bharatiya Nyay Samhita), The Code for Criminal Procedure (which became Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita), The Indian Evidence Act (replaced by Bharatiya Shakshya Adiniyam ). The impending problems with the implementation of these laws are manifold. The foremost being the lack of adequate training to the policing and judicial systems to grasp and adapt to the changes made in the already existing criminal laws. Secondly, the absurd Hindi names with unavailable English counterparts. The writer reflects that it seems that the government was in a hurry to implement these laws, without much debate in the legislature or the civil society. Though some of the reforms in the laws are quite commendable, but overall, the government should have given more time and training to the personnel.

H.W-The three new criminal laws that have been introduced by the Union Government without proper consideration and scrutiny is not praiseworthy. The laws have been imposed in a scenario where the police and the judiciary were not prepared for their adoption, which may lead to obscurity between them. Also, the implementation of a new law related to terrorism,in spite of the fact that a same law already exists is somehow vague. The weaponising of police by these laws will pose a risk to public.Overall,a thorough debate and complete realisation of the consequences of these laws, not only for the betterment of Government but also for the public welfare, is a must.

However government imposed this without doing adequate discussion. The author is also against with the changed name of laws because according to him the language of people can understand and it becomes so ambiguous.

In the middle of doubt and fear, union government of India introduced three new laws to the system.Earlier the government had decided that BNS in place of IPC ,BNSS in place of code of criminal procedure and BSA which replaces Indian Evidence Act will come into force on July 1.But now the union government just implemented the laws without having a proper discussion regarding them in legislature. Not only that, they even failed to provide a good amount of time to police and legal fraternity to understand the newly formed laws. The new provision realted to police custody seems to empower the police and can be disadvantageous to the citizens. They have announced that the states are free to make their own amendments but we are not sure if these amendments will get presidential assent.
However, the laws stating that the citizens can file FIR regardless of jurisdictions and introduction of videography in searches are more welcoming initiatives.
Still ,we are not sure about the overall impact of these laws.

The union govt has changed name and regulations of three new laws. Indian penal code changed into Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ,code of criminal procedure changed into Bharatiya nagrik suraksha sanhita and Bharatiya sakshya adhiniyam superseded Indian evidence act. According to Union govt as they did not change those name since 1973 so they had to revise the name as well as regulation . Not only that they also included some new and innovative ways of investigation. Instead of such opportunities ,however there have some hindrances to implement those rules. As the higher authority did not train govt employee properly it may arise confusion. Moreover it will violate the article 14 which is every people has equal right. On the otherhand if a state govt. wants to make amendment then there is very less possibility that the amendment act will get quick response from presidential assent. So govt. should take time to implement each and every amendment across India equally.
    Thank you!

Recently government introduce three new laws. The amended new criminal laws come into force in our country, but police and courts are not ready for understand the implementation.these laws are empowering police and minimising citizens powers . The government had implemented these laws on July 1 , the Bharatiya nyaya sanhita on the place of penal code, the Bharatiya nagarik suraksha sanhita is replaced criminals procedure and thale third one is the Bharatiya sakshya adhiniyam which is replaced the Indian evidence . A question putting on these laws names why these laws have not english equivalent and why use unfamiliar Hindi . Now citizens registered their grievance FIR in electronic form by anywhere which is a good thing about this law.

On July 1, The government had appointed three criminal laws in the country, amidst widespread fears that the policing and judicial system are not ready for the introduction. Which the three laws - The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to supersede the Indian Penal Code, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita to replace the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the Bharatiya Sakshy Adhiniyam replaced the Indian Evidence Act will come into force. The union government decided that its better to implement them and let the police, court and lawyer fumble their way towards a change. The name of the new laws appears obscure, where, there is no English equivalent for the new codes, and they should bear unfamilier hindi names. there was no change in the name of the criminal procedure code when the 1898 original was superseded with a new one in 1973. some changes discussed with civil society. because of the loomimg fear that some of the new provision, especially to police custody that can be availed of in multiple tranches. The Centre's announcement that states are free to their own amendments, but there is no change as assurance that amendments. such as registering file of jurisdiction and introduction of videography of searches and seizures are welcome initiatives, but there is a palpable sense of uncertainity over the overall impact of the new laws.
