I have no part in this being a Detroit fan but I thought the way Panthers fans acted like it was over after winning game 1 was ridiculous. Im glad New York won tonight, it was earned both ways.

What a sequence of events. The knock-down by Goodrow to the pass back by Trocheck. As an SJS fan, I'm no stranger to Goodrow's OT antics lol when he scored the amazing OT winner against Vegas on the 0-3 comeback in game 7.

This is a great series. Panthers are a great team. Their fans, not so much.

Detroit and Buffalo have some of the best educated ones. Sadly, Buffalo has had nothing but heartache since 1971.

Panthers fan here. Good game, Rangers. I expected NY to bounce back, but I was pleasantly surprised that we kept it close as well as scored on the PP. Shesterkin played just as I feared he’d be, although Bob has been excellent as well. This series is gonna be a grind, each game I think is gonna get more and more aggressive. As a hockey fan I’m excited, as a Panthers fan I’m terrified.

As a Sharks and Rangers fan, I was elated when the Rangers signed Goodrow. He can do it all, including scoring the BIG goal when the pretty boys can't seem to get it done. A great team-game otherwise.

Interesting in the Canadian feed they never mention the potential high stick. Maybe it’s an American thing to go back and find any technicality on a scoring play, just like in the NFL.
