something to keep in mind for when you revisit elise that im not sure i saw you take advantage of, elise's w in human form will jump at the target of your spider form q. at @18:47 when youre turret diving tf/jhin, if you throw out human w first, your flash q on either of them kills, and then utilizing rappel to wait for spider q cd again to potentially clean up whoever u didnt flash chomp but also pls do not get my champion nerfed i beg and plead

Hey everybody, welcome to the next commentary. Today we are playing some elise mid vs. Akali, uhm. In most cases i would like playing elise into melee its just one thing is uh, i feel like i have experienced in the past uh elise's auto attacks her q spider form umm when you press it on somebody and you lose vision, i think it can get cancelled, so i hope there's no stupid shroud interactions that make it so like im about to hit her and suddenly i don't.
Cause that is super annoying. Umm... so... just gonna Q her. Get the scorch proc off. Elise damage during early game isn't really that good. The way that Elise deals really good damage is uhh, through trying to get both forms off. Cause if you get off both forms then you start dealing a lot. You have to be going between them over and over again to deal a lot. We have no healing in our kit do we? Oh we do!
K cool, so every single time I auto attack, I heal. It’s a master yi jungle. Let’s hope that spiderling reaches you. Ohhh it does, oh that’s crazy. And I already burned her one potion too. The spiderling costs less mama than your q and it deals about the same damage so I’ll gladly spam the spiderling more than other things. Just auto attacking her. Go into spider form so we get more uhhh, auto attacks on minions. We deal bonus damage in spider form all auto attacks but also that-that healing. So every single auto attack is healing us for like 10, not 10. More like 4, but you auto attack a lot so, it adds up. Yeah it’s actually 8 right now, it’s because it was only like 4 at level 1, now it’s feeling-🐓 I just hit the minion dude. What am I getting ganked? Why are you posturing so far forward here?

I’ve always ran nashors on Elise and I haven’t been disappointed, also dark harvest feels great especially when you proc it only using w late game
my favorite part was when Beekorn wanted to press W to kill yi, but instead said "it's really not that impressive of a thing..." and instead pressed W to kill yi :)
Pekin try Elise with PTA rush nashors into lich its still bursty. It's also nice for whittling down for when you go into melee range and mow people down. In the rare case of bruiser mid matchups you can run conq it stacks really fast and a lot of bruisers can't match the damage. You also melt towers with how much attack speed you have.

The yi might have done what cowsep does, three points w for insane meditate juggles
I love how her kit is used in lane.. it makes her one of the most fun champs to play in mid if you get a neutral/good matchup
it feels like you are using her human form way more than you would in the jungle, just trying to hit e for ganks and acting upon that, diving, invading.. all that can be done very effectively in other roles than jungle, especially as a midlaner
plus, as i said, you get to use her kit to its full potential, not being forced to buy a mythic item and having access to the (way to strong) new ap items makes her more than viable for mid imo
i am not trying to sound cool and smart, (its not like I aint the freshest mf on the rift, bc i obviously AM EXACTLY THAT)
i just have a deep passion for builds like this.. its what drew me into league in the first place, even if I had the audacity to play full crit elise for a month straight when I first started playing this god forsaken fantasy war crime simulator

Pekin you should do a commentary on Azir with grasp, liandrys, abyssal mask, frozen heart, rift. Its so fun when you are ahead. I build nashor on last item or somewhere inbetween if I feel it would make a difference.
Sometimes skip frozen or abyssal if there are not much ad/ap in enemy and build magic pen instead

Pekin, killing me. When you are in the air from spider form e, and an adc/squishy is within your circle, even if their team is there, Always drop on the adc you could have popped Jhin quite a few times but you kept dropping on harder to kill targets.

I feel like u coulve stalled more, every time i play against a good elise late game, it feels like they oneshot someone and then stall for max duration of e and zhonyas, making multiple members waste their time
unfortunate game, teammates dying too fast, akali just broken kit as usual
One time my dad accidentally stepped on a frog and the frogs stomach squished out through its mouth and the frog looked at me
10:45 so I'm curious as to why you think it'd be any longer, she has a fully stacked ultimate hunter at this point.
Edit after finishing video: I have to ask, this is an honest question, were you tilted during or before this game? You were playing way too passive, you had like 8 or so chances where you were either guaranteed to die and you tried getting away despite having targets you can kill or you just flat out didn't even try to kill the enemies.
When Zac died and you were in fog, Jhin was alone and ulting, he's 2 steps away from you, human e-w into spider e-q is probably enough to just flat out burst him, and if it's not, w auto reset will do the job
Then in the penultimate fight when the GA moment happened you were in Rappel, and you could've jumped on Jhin and burst him either just to his own GA or close enough that Smolder would win the fight, but instead you ran
It's much easier to see mistakes while out of game rather than in. I can bring up all of fakers terrible mistakes from his vods.
Ur type of knowledge is great for self improvement, I used to do the same thing watching big league names many years ago like Scarra and Dyrus thinking they are making way too many mistakes despite them being better than I. I believe that line of thinking can help you climb far if you want to do so.
But anyways yeah I make mistakes I literally never play Elise mid except for once every few months for a video.

it was so painful to watch your early game on elise, elise beats akali before 5. I think you're way too traumatized by mid to late game akali cos early on she doesn't have enough energy and long cool down while elise has a lot shorter cooldowns and comparable damage before 5 and can hard stomp her if you know what you're doing
Technically no one should get solo killed in High Elo ever. I'll be sure to somehow convince the Akali next time to somehow get herself killed next time.
He bullied Akali so insanely hard in the early game before she started getting fed off skirmishes, did we watch the same game...
