Fresh and clean. The majors are beautifully done. Would like to see more from the minors. It is interesting when there is a little more embellishments on the different minors. Like graphic elements in the object, but miss that on the ones that don't appear to have that. I like the key word placements, but keywords are a little off for me on some of the cards. Having keywords do make it beginner friendly, but non illustrated minor are less beginners friendly. Also don't love the Ravenswood logo on the cards. I'm all for branding, but every card and on the side I'm reading is intrusive.

17:26 There was no AI used in this deck. The portrait artist, Fabiana, is from Italy and studied at Brera Academy in Milan.
I live in farm country and see people with missing fingers--it's dangerous work. I'm not going to be surprised if that swordswoman is missing a finger.

Haha. Correct. No AI. At 18:00: Her index finger actually runs along the sword handle (hidden from the viewer). It’s a grip that you can see variations of at the beginning of most Chinese sword (jian) forms. Funnily enough our shieldmaiden is depicted with a bandaged arm as she was actually described as missing her hand.

The Asian worrior has all five fingers. You were right when you said that the index finger is behind the hilt. 🙂

These are sample cards from the kickstarter -- the deck isn't even finished yet. These are all portraits of real people.

Why making a deck if one is not creative enough to creat minors??!!! Utterly Boring and plain deck

Tarot de Marseilles has survived since the 15th century without illustrated minors. Also, the pip cards in this deck are different from each other, just not fully illustrated.

@@robertawalsh2995 Marseilles survived because there was nothing better and the French are weird. Doesn't make it good. Yet there is still a system to the placement of the swords, cups, wands and pentacles. There might be something here, would have to see the book, but I doubt it considering the makers of this deck are about sword fighting and not tarot. It's an incomplete novelty.
