Hlo sir I reduced my meal quantity I roti instead of 2 ,rice quantity reduced Skip Chai or take just a sip instead of a cup And 15 min exercise morning and evening I cannot afford nutritionist But I'm trying to reduce carbs Will it help in reducing weight?

You can have 1 roti and 100g paneer 2-3 times a day
And you can have 1 cup tea with stevia dont have sugar
