      Interesting. What position or level of position are you applying for? I could imagine for the more senior positions companies maybe wanting a longer planning period

    Thank you! What would be the progress measurement of results if I am asked to do the plan for Executive Assistant role?

    • @Enhancetraining
      @Enhancetraining  Před rokem

      That really depends on what the key requirements are for the role you are applying to. Choose your measurements from the top 1-3 requirements. Good luck. J

    Thanks a lot that was very useful! Quick question, if I was given some details about a company and was asked to present a 90 day plan in an 15 min interview, how would this plan look like? should it be specific to that situation or should it still include the generic goals of learning, evaluating and implementing?

    • @Enhancetraining
      @Enhancetraining  Před 2 lety +1

      If you have been given information or you can find information, then make your 30-60-90 day plan as specific to the situation as you can. Do some research on the company situation which will nearly always impact on every role within the business. For instance - is the company growing, flat or in decline (in sales or size terms)? How fast is the growth or decline happening? What is driving the change in sales? How will the company situation impact the role? If you make a big assumptions, communicate these in the presentation. Good luck.

    I still don’t know how to write this plan. I don’t want to sound stupid

    • @Enhancetraining

      Hi Hector, when you have not written these plans before it can be a little daunting. Don't over think it - the plan is to demonstrate you would take sensible steps to give yourself a good chance to start your new job well. If you email me at support@enhance.training, I am happy to help you start plan. Look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi there! I just came across your video, which is super helpful. I have a face-to-face interview on Thursday, in which I need to prepare a short, 15 minute presentation of what I think the first 90 days of my journey will look like. Would it be possible to take your email address so we could talk about this? Many thanks!

      Hi Sara, Glad you find the video so useful. What areas are you considering including in your 15 min presentation? I am happy to comment.

      @@Enhancetraining it is for a facilities assistant role! first 30 days = I spoke about it being the learning and familiarisation stage, in which I will take up any relevant training... during this time I believe I will also get involved in performing day-to
      -day tasks

    • @sara_cxo

      60 days- implementing training from the first 30 days into action in order to optimise my performance.. I also wrote how I will have showcased a lot of skills by this point. I'm stuck on how to develop even more and also stuck on what to write down for the 90 days!

    • @Enhancetraining
      @Enhancetraining  Před rokem +1

      30 days: Don't forget to focus a section on relationship building - very important for any role. You will be part of a team and have other stakeholders. Think about quick wins too if possible.

    • @Enhancetraining
      @Enhancetraining  Před rokem

      60 days: think about identifying and implementing small improvements, strengthen relationships with colleagues and boss, how to improve what you deliver to others (reporting poss).
