you can use food glue in the baking department groceries store that made of frosting. i haven't use it but I've seen it look like thick sticky sugar frosting.

Hi, I only saw you use one big watermelon but you have a 3 tier watermelon cake. I’m planning on doing this this week for my daughters farewell, but i want to make sure on how many watermelons to get. It looks beautiful 💝
right after I cut it, i dab it with paper towel and it's fine. and if you refrigerate it wrap it tight so no air get in and it will look fresh. if you put over night in fridge you will see some juice come out but just dab with paper towel.

I used 1 large watermelon and 1 pack each of different fruits. If you use medium watermelon then would need 2.

I wouldn't do it more than 3 days because the watermelon start to wilt. Saran wrap it no air can get in and put in refrigerator to stay fresh.
