Training Update And Parkrun Blunder

In this video I do a review of my weeks training and discuss how I made a blunder going for sub 20min at the Malahide Castle Parkrun.
I'm currently training for the Valencia Marathon this coming December.

I've stopped using my Coros because of the same problem. Went back to Garmin and no issues at all.

I'm gonna charge up my old Garmin and test them against each other. But I might join you back at Garmin. The Garmin app though is awful.

I have had a few issues with Garmin if there are clouds and trees above, ganging up on my poor GPS signal. The pace displayed seems a bit random for a while.
