I’ve drawn those birds before it seems like ?!?! I give them long skinny legs too , by the way , I got a water fountain for the birds to come to on the patio and I feed them in the windo seals and on patio , my cat , Bobo , watches though the sliding glass doors , and I got fake grass carpet out there too , since I’ve ruined the flooor with paint and polyurethane
, my son is supposed to install it tonight , I said all of that to say this , birds love the sound of running water , I can’t wait untill they start bathing in the fountain, oh today I was kinda spring cleaning out there and found a huge Carolina wrens nest on my bookcase , it still had an egg in it ! Oh thank you Harmony, my little scissor case is made from scraps and they are memory buttons some from the boys clothing when they were young.

Love your all-inclusive, ready-to-travel lil' sewing kit 🤓 Even though I do NOT have the patience for sewing (by hand or by machine) I can certainly appreciate the Slow Stitching mindset. It reminds me of ironing. I LOVE to iron...on a chilly autumn day with vintage horror movies on, working my way through piles of all kinds of clothing and pillowcases and the like, watching wrinkled messes turn into fresh, crisp, stuff that smells like heaven. Seeing progress being made and feeling like a job's been well done is good for the soul. I remember watching my Gram iron away the afternoons. The hiss of the steam and the smell of the clean laundry, just takes me back. Different activity. Same zen.

The royal journal is finished and Ju Sharon and I are making a Secret Garden Journal with Angela Kerr. Angela is a bit in front of us as we have had 2 Wednesdays when we couldn't got to art for various reasons so we will have to catch up next week.

Hi there Gail, I didn’t do a process video for the plate, I used a pencil wrapped in fabric to hold the two tiers together, it was a bit wobbly, can you think of another idea ? Have fun creating, are you making a tea-set ? 🫖
