Currently an associate SharePoint administrator set to interview for a mix SharePoint administrator/developer role so this has helped brush up the memory on things I’ve worked on that I can specifically apply to these kinds of questions. Thank you!
Thank you for a very thought provoking video on SP. I think I would have scored well being interviewed by you? As an SCA and Developer I have the best smile on my face when I deliver a solution using all the O365 tools to deliver better processes to my users. The points you raised are so key in understand what SP can deliver and as a potential candidate what you can bring to an employer. To also stand out at an interview you need to demonstrate a degree of evangelism demonstrating how your knowledge of SP will benefit the potential employer. This can be the biggest obstacle to explain in an interview. Regards Bob
