In “Sent,” Joseph Aiken breaks down the testimony of Joseph and his brothers and how we relate to it. Flipping the perspective of his brothers selling him to God sending him and how we want to be the Joseph of the palace, but not the Joseph of the process. Walking through the valley may not be the process you choose, but what is on the other side is bigger than you and greater than you. If we don’t go through, we won’t be able to handle what God is doing. We won’t be able to take the pressure, nor handle the weight. We have to be willing to walk through the valley and know we are not alone on that walk. God is with you.
