Both armies are very nice, but the Goblin one is genuinley stunning. I like the aquatic vibe a lot. Very different to what you usually see on a moria army.

Doesn’t the ballista cause any ‘splash’ damage to models around the hit target? I thought it did
The Isengard Ballista doesn't, it will knock a model back though- and then hit any model behind it - Onod

Sebastian made it all from scratch pretty much! You can get the ruins from Whitefoot3D though :) - Mayor
i dont believe you do any further in the ways because of the scatter, you just do in the ways for the original target. So you can make impossible curve shots around corners and stuff if your opponent chooses a model within scatter range but without LOS of the siege unit.
I believe once the opponent chooses a new, viable target, the ballista then does in the ways for them. Maybe it was on the FAQ? Not sure

Then do in the ways for that model.
You also cannot choose a target to scatter onto if the balista can't see it
