This was the tournament 2 or 3 years ago that woke people up on just how good the Silverbacks were. Granted they have changed some players but still have their core playing. The way they played then is the same way they play now. Good defense, hustle, and they dont beat themselves.
This game was won in the first inning. Notice, RoofX beat out two infield singles do to hustling, and an inside the park home run because the kid just kept hustling. They will take advantage of any opportunity you give them. Kudos to them. You have a fan in me.

Jeremy Fry, Terry Lambright, Faron Fry, Arlis Miller, and Kyle Miller are originals from the 2022 Conference B team Rock Run. Brandon Yoder, Jon Troyer, Joey Miller, Mike Yoder, Justin Mucciarelli, and Ryan Mcclanahan are returning players from the 2023 RoofX 'AA' champs.

Glad to see the strides they have made. Them going from an Amish league team in Topeka, Indiana. All the way up to a top 3 team in the nation

Having Irvine play that good of 2nd base allows them soooo much versatility. If he can keep that defense up, RoofX will be tough to beat

WOW I never thought I'd see Resmondo get mercied. That field is comically small for these guys.
They have lost by the run rule in 3 of their 4 losses this year.

He talked about this recently. Something about how he’s with Miken so he can swing anything by Easton/worth/miken

Not sure if Roofx has enough power to beat Resmondo in the stadium with unlimited bombs.
Who was the 3rd out in the top of the 4th? Briggs was called safe at the play at the plate then it goes straight into RoofX batting.
My battery may have unexpectedly died and I missed a batter. Boxscore says Everett Williams ground out 4-1.

should never be on 300 foot even fences at this level...I get it there isn't many fields to play on and this field looks nice but just too short of a porch.
Conference plays on all types of fields, baseball, 325's, Big League Dreams. Doesn't matter, you have to adjust to the field sizes and the weather conditions.
yeah 300 all the way around is way to small for these guys. My coed team plays on a 300 but with a 30-40foot fence

Strikeouts are part of the game if you are maximizing your on base percentage.

Also because they get a lot of condensed games because they have been in the main games.

The last two games posted are Sonnys vs Nitro and Sports Reach vs Bay Area... I usually pick a non resmondo game early in the tournament, then the best semifinal, do the winner's final, then the Sunday games. If Resmondo is in the winner's final, loser's final, and championship then that is just the way it is.
