living in Thailand on a pension, you need to cut out large rents and live on a small farm and control your budget #udonthani Rent is a big Expenses so try and cut it out and have more money for other things. Food in the Village is much less than in the City 18 liters drinking water is 15 baht. Local food markets 2 times a week for super value foods. My house cost 650,000 baht to build 4 bedrooms

Stay away from the bars and ladys and thailand is Extremly cheap to live in.
Even me living and working here i a office in Krung thep(Bangkok) are spending less in a month total that my friends pay in RENT/electricity in Europe
I often spend less than 20% of my salary total for living comfortable here.
