They always say that if you see one snake, you have missed a few more. Doesn't look like the snake is swimming too well he has gone belly up , you may have to give it CPR. :p In Australia, I arranged for my dogs to do a snake awareness course , best thing I ever did, knowing they were safe in the garden.

Charles, I shall give you some advise on university education. Mothers are proud that their children can go to university not realising that most university degrees are worthless now. Ask the child what he wants to do for employment in the future and where he/she themselves in 6 years. You will find most don't know so going to university is just an excuse to swan around for another 4 years. 4 years at university (fees, accommodation and food) is about 600,000 baht. Ask the child if he would prefer 4 years at university or 3 rai of land to live and build a house on.
I Try to tell her to be a solicitor and land dealer property manager, Massive money in legal work. I can Teach her how to buy sell trade and make wages. her Sister is at Uni doing Chinese language she can Read Write and take Chinese. This would be a massive help in sales
@@Charleslaw To be a lawyer in Thailand, you have to have relative or friend in the legal business otherwise difficult to get a position. The professional jobs (white collar jobs) are finished in the future replaced by AI. You do not need a university degree to be a land dealer or property manager. Why does one need to learn Chinese (Mandarin) at university? You can learn it online and better to go to China where you can learn it in a forced environment.

I was wondering if you could advise etc. Im looking at some really small studio lakeside chalets, between 4 and 6 not sure yet and main house. I watched your videos and you mentioned building work, is that something you do yourself. I maybe worth me taking a trip up your place if you dont mind and having a look at your bungalows.

Just dicovered your channel. Together with "Ryan & Mo - Life in Rural Thailand", channels like these have opened my eyes on the possibility of leasing a small piece of land(usufruct) and build a small house with a tropical garden. And perhaps add a carport with solar panels. Construction videos are my favorite, and its probably very rewarding for you to have projects, and build and develop your land. Stay away from the bars and ladys and thailand is Extremly cheap to live in. Even me living and working here i a office in Krung thep(Bangkok) are spending less in a month total that my friends pay in RENT/electricity in Europe I often spend less than 20% of my salary total for living comfortable here.
I now spend very little as well When you don't drink and spend money on Woman at the bar My wife is less complicated living a quiet life
