    This is so sad and unfortunate that the township provides no assistance to businesses like this. As a former owner of 2 retail properties in Blackwood on the BHP, I can tell you that Gloucester Twp has been talking about revitalizing downtown Blackwood for 20 years, but incompetence and lazy Democrats have prevented any improvements from taking place. Any change will have to come from the citizens.
