@@jamesgross5954 I'm not a boxing fan so I can't really give my opinion on Mayweather being the best boxer of all time, regardless of that he's an arsehole and I wouldn't follow him even if I was a boxing fan. Don't get me wrong I love watching the Ali fights and I follow GGG from time to time but I don't watch alot of of boxing MMA is my thing. At the end of the day Chuck is a bully, he had nothing to prove by fighting Tito again but he called him out anyway. Tito admitted he was the most nervous he'd ever been because he didn't want to face defeat three times but he wanted to prove that he could beat him. Chuck looks his age because he banged fuck tonnes of hookers and snorted more cocaine than Tony Montana, look at Randy Couture he was still knocking people out at that age and it's because he stayed active and was in the gym everyday. I'm a chuck fan myself, hard to believe probably but I can't stand everyone blaming Tito for this, the man was called out and can't turn down a challenge because he's a real competitor, everyone would be reacting completely differently had the fight went the other way

@Bob Loblaw good point, and I mostly agree. But, in many sports, experience takes over when youth wanes. Sure, it depends person to person. But I think guys like Hendo, as long as their bodies can keep up, are more dangerous than when they were kids. I have no doubts that Hendo, even now, could go up against any young top contender and win in a way his younger self couldn't. There are plenty of examples of old martial arts guys out there you do not wanna fuck with due just to pure experience.

I do think this event even broke 100k PPV buys. Even if 100k, At 40.00 with a 50% provider cut, that would only be 2 million bucks. Somehow this does not add up to their biggest payday.

Never fight for the UFC if you want to make the most money! You make a lot more money fighting for Oscar De La Hoya. Tito & Chuck both got $200-$250k base salary, percentage of gate, & 30% of PPV revenue. Dana White pays peanuts like Rick Harrison compared to Golden Boy.

I mean cmon Chael. Oscar might not be passionate about MMA but the production value, commentary and overall fight card were all pretty exciting for a first outing in my opinion. Not everybody can be Dana White. If there is anybody even close, it’s Scott Coker and honestly, for all the passion he has for MMA, he lacks in putting together an exciting spectacle. Oscar has a passion for exciting events whether anybody likes it or not. I am actually intrigued by where Golden Boy goes after this card, whether it’s going under or flourishing, and that means a lot when it comes down to viewership. Tito ripped a hell of a promo at the end of the night
