- In today's video, we will look at 3 REITs I like better than Realty Income.
Realty Income, also known as "The Monthly Dividend Company" has often been the gold standard when it comes to REITs.
However, the company has lagged of late, and although I still like them, if I were putting new money to work today, I would rather put that money in other REITs with more growth potential and a faster growing dividend.

If your looking for long term and collecting those Dividends. Looks like O has more bang for the buck. You can buy more shares which in turn gives you more money from Dividends.

Yes, the returns will grow tax free in a Roth IRA.

Thanks, Mark, for an excellent presentation on ADC, EQIX and PLD. I own ADC and PLD, and while EQIX looks interesting the dividend yield is just not high enough for my purposes. Good stuff!
O is better than those, O has 55 yrs dividend history and raises it. P/e ratio almost same. 30 percent down from high rates.

Equinex at + $700 a share you must be joking. Do you think the average person watching this has that kind of money? Even Prologis is overvalued. REX is better value. Shares below $40 are doable to accumulate lots its about quantity of shares x dividends that adds up.

I own REXR instead of prologis and I own DLR

The reason I like Realty Income is that it pays monthly dividends which means my investment compounds faster.

Adc and pld beat the s&p 500 over 10 years so how are they poor choices?
