А почему мы об этом не знаем? По крайней мере дважды в год в такой форме в школу приходят. На начало года и на завершение. Первого сентября сего года сам видел) Хотя этот вариант формы уже не для постоянной носки и нет единого стандарта.

Не знаю как в других странах, но в России уже давно нет единой школьной формы, даже когда я учился. На видео вообще, школьная форма советского образца, такие разве что на 1 сентября надевает девочка с колокольчиком во время объявления открытия учебного года
И на выпускной выпускницы.
Ребят, давайте только честно. ТАКУЮ форму надевают только на последний звонок выпусткицы. Юбка выше середины бедра и ажурные чулки... Никто не ходит так ежедневно. Это как косплей ученицы.

После распада СССР в России перестали обязывать носить школьную форму.
Сейчас только в начальных классах её можно встретить по принципу белый верх, тёмный низ и может быть питжак. Выше 4 класса школьников носящих форму становится всё меньше и меньше. Только в 11 классе к последнему звонку число школьников в школьной форме возростает.
Я всегда мечтал чтобы в школе все ходили в одной и той же форме. Я думал это будет в колледже, но нет. В колледже форму вообще встретить нельзя.

Во-первых, темно-коричневое платье было гораздо длиннее, а рукава у него были полной длины, т.е. до запястья, и с белыми манжетами, которые в свою очередь, как и воротнички, были сменными. Во-вторых, фартук повседневный был черный, белый одевали только по торжественным случаям. Когда носили такие платья, детских капроновых гольфов ещё не было, только обычные, как носки.
В российских школах на местном уровне определяется рекомендуемый стиль одежды (могут от школы или класса сделать заказ в ателье, чтобы одежда у детей была единообразная), но обязательной униформы для всех школьников стран, не существует.

the Philippines one is a little accurate (those uniforms are more commonly seen in japan) our uniforms (especially in public schools) are a lot simpler. usually just a white shirt with collar and a plaid skirt. looks similar to czech republic’s

As someone from Canada I can confirm we don't wear skirts on the uniform. Atleast where I live.
In fact, we don't have a specific uniform in Russia, everyone goes in whatever they want (almost). At our school, for example, you can walk in a skirt, in a dress, in trousers, in a hoodie, in a shirt, in a T-shirt (black), and all that.
