Face Mask Ingredients:
Soak 15-20 almonds overnight make sure it's covered in water
Soak a few Saffron strands in 50-60 ml of water ( optional, u can use rose water as well)
Soak separately
Peel skin off the almonds in the morning, then blend after adding few drops of water
Put almond pulp in muslin cloth & extract the almond milk
Add Saffron water to the almond milk
Add 4 tbsps Aloe Vera gel
Add 1 capsule Vitamin E
Add 7 drops Almond oil
Mix together or blend with immersion blender, face cream is ready
Apply as many times, especially for dry skin
Store in refrigerator. Thanks Doc for this face cream recipe & for all that U do for us!

Sir is it a day cream or night cream? Can we use it in summers.
Saffron soak in rose water or normal water 50 ml.
Almonds 15/ soak in water at night. Water enough to cover the almonds. In the morning remove skin. Put white in blender with a little water. Squeeze out juice
Aloe vera gell.
Vitamin e.
Any oil.almond.7 drops or any
other.
Mix all together.
Massage.
Massaging for how many minutes or it has to dry & rinsing the face with hot Or normal water.

As per ayurveda every form has distinct properties, properties of almond change when we soak them phytic acid breaks down after overnight soaking, hope it helps

I have dandruff on skin. Can i use rosemary essential oil with aleovera gel or castor oil for this ??
Seems like you could use almond milk. Also you could blend it and not strain it so you get a slight grit action to remove dead skin. I wonder if saffron water alone would be enough although it might turn your skin yellow.
