And then there’s the question as to whether he made the last entry after he was killed? Still the same perplexing question- how? True meaning of ‘fatal attraction’.

The police's only clue is a smudge of cornstarch, used as a base for ladies' makeup, on the victim's face. Two more murders occur shortly thereafter and nearby with the same cornstarch smudge.
